Maynard Planning Board continues Waltham Street residential decision, seeks site plan details. Chair Christopher Arsenault voted 5-0 to continue the public hearing to August 11 on the special permit and site plan application for the four-unit residential conversion at 16 Waltham Street. Attorney Michael D.
Rosen presented on behalf of property owner Daniel Souza, who received a Zoning Board of Appeals variance on July 27 for square footage requirements. The Planning Board requested a lighting plan and said the applicant must address parking, dumpster location, and snow removal. Christopher Arsenault and Vice Chair Natalie Robert were unanimously re-elected to lead the board for FY 27.
