MAYNARD — Planning Board delays decision on Waltham Street four-unit residential project to August. Daniel Souza's application for Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for the multifamily use at 16 Waltham Street was continued to August 25 at the applicant's request to allow time for site plan modifications. Christopher Arsenault chaired the August 11 hybrid meeting with Bill Cranshaw, Jeff Black, and Mark Alston-Follansbee.
Planning Director Bill Nemser reported that the contract for the Powder Mill Road Overlay District project has been executed with consultant VHB.
