Planning Board continues two major downtown development hearings

Maynard Planning Board continues two downtown development applications to September. Chair Christopher Arsenault led the board in voting 5-0 to continue the 16 Waltham Street hearing and the modified Powder Mill Road project hearing to September 8. Adam Stack's Powder Mill Road application includes a $220,000 pledge for intersection improvements and proposes 36 units with five at 60 percent area median income, subject to a parking waiver.
