Commission approves two residential construction determinations

MAYNARD — The Maynard Conservation Commission unanimously approved two negative determinations that allow residential construction to proceed without wetlands review. A 60-square-foot mudroom at 12 Mockingbird Lane and a 16-by-20-foot addition and deck at 74 Summer Hill Road, both presented by Middlesex Custom Builders applicant Eric Sosa, received approval after Conservation Agent Zoe Piel determined neither would impact protected wetlands or riverfront areas. The Commission also unanimously issued a Certificate of Compliance for 213 Main Street, confirming that a perpetual lawn-mowing restriction had been satisfied through natural vegetation recovery.
