Maynard Conservation Commission approves accessory dwelling unit for 10 Wisteria Lane with stricter wetland protections. The project by owner Joyce Eriksen of Tyngsboro Outdoor LLC won unanimous approval, which required expanded setbacks and rug juniper planting between the 50-foot and 60-foot buffer zones to prevent erosion. Chair Susan Erickson and Vice Chair M.
John Dwyer led the Commission in expanding the no-disturb zone from 50 to 60 feet and mandating native dogwood tree planting to meet Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act standards.
