Commission extends market project, continues wetland hearings

Maynard Conservation Commission votes to extend market project, delays waterside dwelling hearing. Commission extended the Assabet Co-Op Market Order of Conditions to June 30, 2027, after Lorne Bell noted that grant funding for invasive species work had expired. The Commission continued review of a 900-square-foot accessory dwelling unit application at 10 Wisteria Lane to July 14, 2026, requesting updated site plans and detailed grading information.
Commissioners unanimously approved a negative determination for invasive tree removal at 7 Euclid Ave., which includes restoration with seven new trees and more than 30 shrubs within the Assabet River riverfront area.
