Maynard home sales span $600,000 gap in July as 20 deeds change hands
Maynard recorded 20 property sales between July 3 and August 1, with 15 disclosing a purchase price ranging from $295,300 to $899,900 and a median of $655,000. The month's top sale was 154 Summer St at $899,900, followed by 34 Great Rd at $827,000 and 11 Ethelyn Cir at $800,000. Great Road, Concord Street and Marble Farm Road each logged two sales. Five transactions were transfers within the same family or into a trust with no price disclosed, and three involved an estate as seller. Twenty recorded deeds in one month marks a relatively high volume for the town, based on the raw count alone.
