The month's top sale was 154 Summer St at $899,900, followed by 34 Great Rd at $827,000 and 11 Ethelyn Cir at $800,000. Great Road, Concord Street and Marble Farm Road each logged two sales. Five transactions were transfers within the same family or into a trust with no price recorded yet, and three involved an estate as seller. Twenty recorded deeds in one month marks a relatively high volume for the town, based on the raw count alone.
