Planning Board approves updated rules, landscape and fee regulations.

MAYNARD — Planning Board unanimously backs revised rules and fee schedule. Chair Christopher Arsenault and the board approved updates to Planning Board Rules and Regulations, Landscape Regulations, and the Fee Schedule at a May 26 public hearing at which no members of the public spoke. The reformatted Fee Schedule added charges for Road Acceptance, Zoning Map Requests, and Determinations based on a survey of surrounding towns.
The board also updated the Lighting section of Landscape Regulations and struck provisions on searchlights and sky beams. All changes passed 4-0 by roll call vote.
