Thirteen sales listed a price, ranging from $400,000 to $899,000, with a median of $665,000. The period's highest-priced transaction was 1 Riverview Ave, which sold for $899,000 on Aug. 3. Great Road was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Nine of the 17 transfers involved a trust or estate, including three where an owner transferred property into their own living trust; none of those three had a price recorded. Deed records provided no square footage or bedroom/bathroom data for any property in this period.
