MAYNARD — Golf Course Task Force reviews lease and compares Maynard property to regional models. Chair Natalie Robert and four members discussed Stow Community Park and Concord community spaces as comparison references, and reviewed sizing needs for soccer, community gardens, and frisbee. The task force determined it must contact Sterling Management to confirm whether the lease's weekend and Monday town-use provisions have been used previously.
Committee members will also research the property's tax history and request maps and documentation from Sterling Management and town officials.
