MAYNARD — Golf Course Task Force plans community input on $3M replacement. The Maynard Golf Course Advisory Task Force outlined plans for a public open house and survey to guide decisions on the Country Club property's future, citing insufficient golf course revenue to cover the estimated $3 million clubhouse replacement cost. Member Bill Cranshaw presented financial data showing the property has approximately $400,000 in capital reserves.
Vice Chair Gregory Zammuto provided context on local property maintenance requirements. A public open house is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, October 18th.
