Golf course task force reviews property lease and needs
Golf Course Advisory Task Force · Meeting of July 8, 2026
Maynard's Golf Course Advisory Task Force began reviewing the town's recreational facility needs and the golf course's 2022-2026 lease agreement. Five of six members attended the July 8 remote meeting. Vice Chair Gregory Zammuto will draft a public survey to assess community preferences for the property's future.
Chair Natalie Robert will obtain golf course mapping and irrigation information from Greg Johnson, while member Bill Cranshaw will gather tax and financial-history data to inform the task force's broader assessment of the property's potential uses.
