Maynard Home Sales Span $375,000 To $820,000 As Family Transfers Dominate Deed Activity
Fifteen properties changed hands in Maynard between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Eight of the transfers included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $375,000 to $820,000, with a median of $457,450. The month's highest-priced transaction was 12 Howard Rd, which sold for $820,000 on Aug. 14. More than half of the recorded transfers, eight of 15, involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same surname, consistent with transfers into family trusts or between relatives; most of those carried no disclosed price, limiting visibility into the full scope of market activity for the period.
