Conservation Commission continues two major project hearings

Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 27, 2026

MAYNARD — The Conservation Commission continued two residential projects to February pending plan review. The commission postponed hearings on two residential proposals within sensitive wetlands buffer areas after updated plans were submitted at the meeting. The 14-16 Hillside Street project would convert a single-family home to a three-unit apartment with new parking; the 11 Pleasant Street project would replace an existing Accessory Dwelling Unit and construct a new ADU and workshop.

Both hearings are continued to February 10, with Conservation Agent Zoe Piel reporting that the Pleasant Street project is pending a Massachusetts DEP filing number.
