Sustainability Committee advances Climate Action Plan toward deadline

Maynard Sustainability Committee reviews Climate Action Plan ahead of June 29 deadline. The committee examined six draft chapters covering solid waste, nature-based solutions, community engagement, buildings and energy, transportation, and water, directing revisions from members Zana Cranmer, Priscilla Ryder, Lisa Vernegaard, and Sally Warner. Five members voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes.
The group will meet again July 6 to continue CAP work toward completion.
