Retirement Board accepts Hakey resignation, names Baltazar chair

Maynard Retirement Board promotes Baltazar to chair and names Montanez election officer. The board voted unanimously to accept the resignation of Chairman Patrick Hakey, effective May 21, and to elevate member Sandra Baltazar to Chair, effective May 28. In a second unanimous vote, the board appointed Assistant Executive Director Diane Montanez as Election Officer for the board.
All four voting members present — James Alexander, Kevin Petersen, Sandra Baltazar, and Michael Pasternak — supported both changes.
