MAYNARD — Police body worn cameras approved with $191K investment at Maynard Select Board. The board unanimously approved a $70,011.59 state grant and a $121,200.39 five-year Axon contract to equip all patrol officers with body worn cameras deployed by approximately 70 Massachusetts municipalities. In other action, the board unanimously approved $2,685 in community events funding for Movies in the Park and heard that the new solid waste and recycling program has enrolled approximately 2,500 households ahead of late-June cart deliveries.
