Maynard Community Preservation Committee approves four grant agreements for town projects. The committee voted unanimously on June 3, with Matthew Preys moving and Ellen Duggan seconding the measure. Chair Rick Lefferts convened the remote meeting with seven of eight members present.
The committee also tracked ongoing preservation work on the Mill and Main Clock Tower and Alumni Field House, and noted a potential legal constraint on Community Preservation Act funds for a Conservation Commission application regarding a 57 Thomas Street property acquisition, which included a $5,000 land improvement allocation.
