New Ballot Drop Box Ready Outside Maynard Town Hall

The Town of Maynard announced Oct. 16 that a new ballot drop box has been installed and is ready for use outside Town Hall at 195 Main Street, in the same spot as the previous box.
The town said the box is in a temporary location while the Department of Public Works prepares its permanent home, but officials wanted the option available to voters in time for the upcoming election.
The town reminded voters to sign their ballot return envelope and to return both ballot cards for this election, since there are two. All ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026.
The town thanked its Department of Public Works team for installing the box, saying in the release, "We appreciate your help!"
