MAYNARD — Zoning Board discusses application reforms and nonconforming parcels inventory. Assistant Planner Zoe Piel presented a reformatted Rules and Regulations document separating application guidance by type to streamline the applicant process, with further feedback to follow. Vice Chair Brad Schultz reported that he has examined approximately one thousand of the town's seven thousand properties in the S1 district and found more than half contain at least one zoning nonconformity in frontage, lot size, lot coverage, or width; Chair Paul Scheiner offered assistance and noted that seniors can volunteer under the town's work-off program.

The board discussed updating the Zoning Bylaws' table of permitted uses to remove conflicting information from prior drafts.
