MAYNARD — Select Board and Finance Committee jointly reviewed Maynard's FY27 budget, surfacing a projected $325,000 general fund deficit. Town Administrator Gregory Johnson presented recommendations centered on revenue forecasts, water supply planning at Rockland Avenue, insurance renewals, and a Deputy Fire Chief position; Superintendent Brian Haas requested funding for a Grade 5 teacher, Athletic Trainer, and Health/Physical Education teacher.
