Maynard Retirement Board approves $590,197 in warrants, adds six new members. All five board members present unanimously endorsed the FY2025 audit, accepted Scott Budrewicz, Lisa Gallagher, Derek Murphy, Benjamin Simmons, Kendall Tufford, and Valerie Ziehler into the retirement system, and approved payroll and vendor disbursements totaling $590,196.24. The Board okayed a $7,970.70 makeup time purchase plan for Eric Frechette payable over two years for 8 months of creditable service.
Chair Patrick Hakey announced his immediate resignation; the Board unanimously set a special meeting for May 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to select his successor.
