MAYNARD — Planning Board reviews amendments ahead of public hearing. The board convened at 7:00 p.m. with Vice Chair Natalie Robert presiding, along with members Bill Cranshaw, Jeff Black, and Chris Kline present in Town Hall, and Alternate Member Mark Alston-Follansbee joining via Zoom. The board voted 4-0 to approve the March 10, 2026 minutes as amended, then voted 5-0 to close the meeting at 8:19 p.m.
Members made edits to four sections of the Rules and Regulations including peer review procedures and valuation standards, and changed the title of Section 5.9 in the Landscape Regulations from Site Lighting to Exterior Lighting, with final amendments scheduled for a future public hearing.
