Maynard recorded 16 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with sale prices available so far for eight of them, ranging from $250,000 to $720,000 and a median of $550,000. The period's top sale was 25 Mockingbird Lane at $720,000, sold Sept. 23 by John R. and Cynthia A. Panetta to Declan Brett Hardy and Nicole Ferretti. Several other recorded transfers, including properties on Lewis Street, Lincoln Street, Assabet Street, Warren Street and Walcott Street, appear to involve family members or trusts and have no price yet in the data. With half of all recorded sales still awaiting a posted price, the full scope of September and October activity in Maynard remains incomplete.
