The top sale was 154 Summer St. at $899,900, sold by Hu Ping and Bao Yun to Theresa A. Bebber. Great Road saw three separate sales, the most of any street in the period. Eleven of 16 recorded sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and none exceeded $1 million, indicating a market concentrated in that price band this period.
