Maynard recorded 18 deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, though only nine carried disclosed sale prices, ranging from $375,000 to $899,000 with a median of $600,000. The month's standout transaction was 1 Riverview Ave., which sold for $899,000 on Aug. 3. The high share of trust and estate transfers without consideration amounts means the full scope of market activity for the period cannot be determined from deed records alone.
