The top sale of the period was 1 Riverview Ave at $899,000, sold by the Mark Thomas Brown Family Trust to Ivia E. Rivera Agosto and Richard A. Zaverack Jr. Six of the 17 transfers, all without a recorded price, involved trust or estate transfers within the same family. No street recorded more than one sale, and seven of 11 recorded sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million.
