Maynard Home Sales Span $385,000 to $899,000 in Late Summer Deed Filings
Maynard recorded 17 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with 11 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $385,000 for a Douglas Avenue condo to $899,000 for a home on Riverview Avenue, with a median of $609,000. The top sale of the period was 1 Riverview Ave at $899,000, sold by the Mark Thomas Brown Family Trust to Ivia E. Rivera Agosto and Richard A. Zaverack Jr. Six of the 17 transfers, all without a disclosed price, involved trust or estate transfers within the same family. No street recorded more than one sale, and seven of 11 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million.
