Maynard Home Prices Range From $375,000 to $820,000 in August Sales
Maynard recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Eight deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $375,000 to $820,000, with a median of $457,450; the other six carried no price. The month's top sale was 12 Howard Road at $820,000, sold Aug. 14 by Leanne Coleman Coles and John Coles to Michael Jay Smith and Kelly Smith. Eight of the 14 transfers, including all six undisclosed sales, involved a grantor and grantee with matching surnames, suggesting family or trust transfers rather than open-market purchases. No street recorded more than one sale, and no transaction topped $1 million.
