MAYNARD — Council on Aging sets residency and pricing tiers for new senior center. Director Amy Loveless reported that Lexvest, the construction partner, finalized a lease March 3 with a 270-day build timeline and no rent due until occupancy. The council adopted a three-tier membership model: out-of-town residents may attend only Chair Yoga at $4 per session, current Maynard residents pay $3 for fitness and art classes, and former residents may participate if space allows.
