Conservation Commission · Meeting of September 29, 2026

MAYNARD — Conservation Commission approved an accessory dwelling unit at 142 Parker Street in a wetlands buffer zone. The Commission, led by Chair Susan Erickson and including Vice Chair M. John Dwyer, Steven Smith, Sarah Measures, and Page Czepiga, voted unanimously to approve the project and issue an Order of Conditions under the Wetlands Protection Act and Maynard Wetlands By-law.

The applicant, represented by Harrington Associates LLC on behalf of property owner Andrew Anderson, KTD LLC, must plant six native shrubs adjacent to the dwelling unit with species and sizes approved by Conservation Agent Zoe Piel before installation. The decision allows construction within the 100-foot buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetative Wetland.
