MAYNARD — ADA Commission approves prior minutes and names grant contact. The commission confirmed that all planned corrections tied to four outstanding state ADA complaints--at Fowler School, 9 Mill & Main, Summer Street Parking Lot, and Nason Street Parking Lot--have been approved by the state, with Summer Street parking spot C25-093 already corrected. Piper was designated point contact for the FY 2026 ADA Improvement Grant, and Denise Shea will notify Bill Nemser to establish communication.

The commission addressed an ongoing compliance complaint at a private business, noting that private entities need only make readily achievable changes and that historic buildings may be exempt.
